Hitachi 0078fk Flashing problems

Ok I can get into mode b fine using slax. When I reboot my computer windows freezes on the loading bar screen. I just got a VT6241 chip today. It was supposed to be non raid, but the it has raid written all over it. I know this is probably the problem, but I can't figure out how to disable raid. Do I need a new chipset? Am I retarted? Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Your not a retard atleast you read the tutorial and sorted your own problem out
