I use this DVD-RW www.LG.co.uk

Does the system still play original games? If it does I would be certain that you did the backup process correctly. If you are sure you have I would use better quality media; especially considering the drive you have. Hitachi drives tend to be more picky then their Samsung counterparts. I would recommend you use Verbatim DVD+R DL for best results and dont forget to change booktyping to DVD-ROM. If you are not sure how to do that search google with the particular drive you have and you should be able to find a tutorial

Yes it does play all my Original games

I have Flashed the hitachi Using this

Slax 2.1 to get into mode B

and this iXtreme1.2_rev2_Hitachi_Sense_Fixfw.rar

I have used the Flashix k 0588

on the command dos prompt just like the tutorials

and it says this at the end

PASS: flashing of iXTREME firmware is 100
DONE: You can now shut your system!

Using ImgBurn 2.3 the latest

it shows this on the right end side when the dvd+r dl is in my LG Super multi writer

If you are sure all your image is stealthed properly I would then try to use a different DVD+R DL. The media your using is Ritek manufacured disc regardless of what brand is labeled on the disc itself. I would get some Verbatim media and try again. I would also set the booktype to DVD-ROM. Like I said before sometimes with that drive it is picky about the media you use.

I order a spin of 20 Verbatim DVD+R DL and I will let you know if they worked if not.

my other idea is that maybe the LG DVD Super multi burner with dual layer capabilities might not be the right burner, and maybe I have to buy the 111D Pioneer, or the 112D Pioneer DVD Writer, but I'm pretty sure the Lg DVD writer is very good , but I could be wrong.

I'm also thinking that I may flash again the Xbox360, but really not sure if thats the case because everything worked fine like the Tutorial, so I'm not sure what could be wrong.

Anyways I wait for the Verbatim, And see if that it is the Media I burn on.

thank you so much for your support.
