Hitachi 78 open tray error

My hitachi drive is not reading any discs and is not making a loud noise like the other users problem, so I was wondering if there are any fixes

Take it apart.... See what it is.... Something certainly is out of place... Could be the magnetic rings or something simple like that.... Shouldnt be hard to fix ;-)
