i have a hitachi 59dl drive, via 8237 onboard. drive is in mode b and visable on windows.

if i try to flash with the latest c4eva fw it stops at "dumping CURRENT firmware"

no go with toolbox 4.0 rawdump says "cannot read from drive". classic dump seems to work but the key is like that "696969696969696969" just 2 numbers.

any ideas? my old samsung works like a charm ^^

ERROR: Hitachi drive build was NOT detected!

WARNING: One of THREE things could be wrong!

#1: Check to see if your drive is in Windows
#2: Make sure you are using the right letter
#3: Your x360 drive is not a working version
it has a drive letter and i can play a DVD from it. every installer is unable to dumb the orginal fw and get the key from it.

is there any program to flash it from dos or linux (ubuntu)?!
