Hitachi lg bad flash recovery

I have Hitachi lg 47j drive and I flashed Xtreme firmware for Hitachi 46D and 47D Xbox 360 V1.1 every thing worked fine but the gave will run and freeze so I was going to upgrade it so I flashed it with original bin or my old 360
Now I can't get in to mode b and the drive will not open
Any body know a way to flash my drive back
