How to check internal memory

I'm trying to dump my nand using nandx for hdd uncrippling but I don't know if it is 256 or 512. I tried going to system setting, memory but it says there no storage devices found. I think this is a jasper which is either 256 or 512.

Nandpro says 512MB detected.

I got two nand dump now.

I compared them with xnandhealer and they matched.

any good tutorial link for xnandhealer?
