I'm having trouble with my homemade lpt cable, and I believe it's strictly to do with the ground wires. I used more than one diagram to do this so that's why I probably confused grounds. This is what's happening. I connected lpt cable to the pc and open a command prompt in the nandpro folder. Ran the nand pro command and I got flash config not found. I looked at the console and it was powered on. So I did it again to be sure. And it powered it on again, so I know they are communicating on some level. So I changed the ground points, ran command again, didn't power on but still no flash config. Just for the hell of it I ran the nand pro command and powered on my 360. Nandpro command powered it off. I have pictures and a video I will post within the hour. I really wanna get this working. My Xbox 360 works fine still though.

1 diagram I used was from sandungas I believe the name was.

The other was

Just buy a JR Programmer or Nand-X. Save youself the headache.

You realize this is a TX Product support site right?

I'm sorry. I have a NANDx that I was originally using. But it now crapped out on me. For some reason everything I try to run the NANDpro command for it, I get flash controller not found similar to this

I will try to work around my NANDx if I can. I love it. It just crapped out on me. I will buy a jr programmer on the 30th, but I like doing these things on my day off so I don't mind trying things. Is it possible my NANDx is dead? Or can I use the hardware itself as a middle man to read the NAND?
