I've got a quick question regarding the Horizon program for PC. I'm trying to use it to install XEXMenu to my Jtag 360 but every time I open it up it looks like the picture below and no files will load when I drag and drop. What can I do to fix this? I've tried downloading a few different builds but get this each time. Many thanks in advance if anyone can shed some light on this for me.

yep - if you installed Dashlaunch patches in your RGH image, you don't even need to do any of this.

Just put FSD on a FAT32 stick with launch.ini pointing to it, and you'll boot to FSD automatically. You can then just copy over (or FTP) your files to the HDD. This is exactly what I do.

I'm used to using XEXMenu, but I've always ran it from a CD which is a bit of a pain cause I need to boot the CD, then boot FSD and finally boot a game. I was hoping to install XEXMenu as it's handy for copying files via USB instead of FTP and then installing dashlaunch so I can boot directly into FSD from start up. I used that program you suggested and injected XEX onto a USB stick I had formatted on 360. I then copied it over to the Xbox HDD but when I try to launch from the dash I just get an error saying "The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again" - any ideas what might be causing this? It still works if I launch from CD so it's not like I can't get it running via other methods.

to run xexmenu from nxe dash, load up xexmenu from disk and use it to copy the CODE9999 folder from the xexmenu disk into the content /0000000000000000 folder on your xbox hdd it will show up in games tab.
