Hot Swap question about X3 & X2

Is it possible to take a working X3 and hotswap it with a x2 2.6 chip. The x2 is in need of another bios to salvage it.


If so what would one need to do differently from a "normal" hot swap.

Not much, my brother did the exact same thing, he flashed an X2 with an old non-1.6 X2 bios, so he hotswapped it with his X3 and no prob there, just do it through evox, and read up on the X-S tuts on this.
