How can I delete NSP installaton file without install it ?

Juest for the example. I have 100+ NSP installation files in my HD, when I connect this disk to my swtich, I just want to remove/delete some NSP installation files in my HD and I don't want to install these files, how can I do it?

I don't want to connect this HD to laptop do the remove/delete steps, Is this possible? THX.

BTW, my SX OS is 2.2.1, system version is 6.0.
