How can solve this bug?

I bought a 2nd hand switch.

It has a bug with characters



I suppose that the bug is on the character file inside the installed firmware. I tried to reinstall firmware with ChoiDujour, but it did not work (i suppose it can't install the same version of the firmware on the installed one).
Firmware is the 8.1.0, i suppose all fused are burned. Is it possible to downgrade and upgrade the firmware at the same time to completely refresh it?
Are some other way to try to solve this bug?
I already had a reset of the switch with the menu game and on - and + button pressed

Tried to downgrade firmware. Nothing to do. The strange thing is that is only a problem of native character of the console. All other writings (homebrew channel, and some games) are ok. Is there a place where i can download full dumps to try to put inside the consolle? Or a full nand update?

Always. Seems that the font file is damaged, but other fw does not fil it

Didn’t work. It’s like Windows, all the installation file are not touched, deletes only user data. I’m non trying ti see if i can customize font
