I have a slim trinity with a demon installed. I have my original nand that I play on xbox live with and my hacked demon nand that I used to play backups and emulators offline. I read in a different thread people saying you should change your demon kv in case you forget to disconnect from live and you turn your demon nand on and it gets detected and they ban your original kv cause the hacked one are the same. Is there a guide that explains how to do this or can someone tell me how to do it. I would like to protect my live kv. Sorry if this has been explained before. I did read through the 14 demon thread pages but could not find it.

open jrunner,
open your original nand dump in source file box,
put your cpu key in the cpu key box,
click advanced,
click patch nand in the drop down box,
tick patch keyvault,
change the console id and serial to whatever you want, don't change the dvd key,
click ok.
you should get this output in jrunner,

Saved as C:\Users\xxx\Desktop\J-Runner v01 Beta (256)\output\nanddump1_patched.bin
the new patched file will be in the output folder,
called nanddump1_patched.bin or similar,
use that to create a glitched image for the demon.
I also like to change the mac address in the config
tools/smc config editor, then click edit config,
then change the mac address to something random, you can find random mac generators on the old google.,

I just tried this method. And when flashing a glitch image with a ID and serial that do not match the console, wireless controllers have trouble staying connected to the box, USB wired controllers do NOT connect at all. Also when you take the altered "patched KV" nand and create a glitch image for it with the consoles CPU key it will change the serial # and ID back to the original ones. The only way to truly flash a patched KV NAND to the xbox is to create the glitch image first, THEN patch the KV info and flash to xbox. But like I said your controllers wont work properly. Unless someone knows a way to change to a random ID and serial and still retain perfectly working wireless controllers and USB functionality.
You cannot just alter numbers in the console Id / serial number, I think they are connected to the manufacture date.What I did was take a trinity kv I found online,use 360 flash tool to import kv and flash back to demon.

1. Extract decrpyted KV from a banned console's NAND (you'll obv need a CPU key for it).
2. copy the KV_dec.bin to xebuild/data and rename to KV.bin
3. Go to xebuild advanced options and put your DVD key in the corresponding box. You can get this from the keyvault of your own console.
4. Build your RGH image. A message will pop up asking 'KV.bin found - Delete it Y/N", Select no.
