There will be some screws holding the motherboard in place, like on the original phat XBOX 360.
Simply remove those and lift the board out.

If you cant remove the motherboard without some sort of tutorial, i hope your not going to attempt the RGH?

notice the screws and theres a screw on the back that holds the hdd enclosure in place to.
