How do I extra CPU key? I tried many methods but none work

Hi,
I wish to update my dash version but I don't know any working method for my xbox to extract CPU key.

I tried pressing the eject button but it doesn't work. In fact my entire DVD drive doesn't work, pressing the button even when it's on doesn't open the drive.
I tried Dash Launch and then going deep in to get CPU key but there the space where key should be written is blank
So what should I do?

I think u can boot xell from dashboard by going into xexmenu and navigating to the flash folder, xell should be in there, alternatively place xell_launch on your HDD and run that. Get your cpu key and then update over server using Jrunner. Good luck.

Edit:

Just a thought, can u eject your dvd drive tray from dashboard? if u can it may suggest your physical eject button is faulty on your mobo.

There's no Xell in my flash folder. Can you tell me where to find Xell_launch? I was searching for that method and downloaded a file but got lost regarding what to do and the instructions weren't good either. I got these files: http://i.imgur.com/F2yKa71.png
If what you're suggesting is different, couldn't you please guide me on where to get it from and how to launch Xell?

nope, ejecting from dashboard doesn't work as well, it's just gone

download the latest dashlaunch, it comes with a xell launcher

Basically u can download xell_launch from xbins, or it's in the new dashlaunch package, then put xell_launch.xex in a folder with xell_2f.bin (for jtag), or xell.gggg (for RGH) and rename to xell.bin, and run the .xex. If u read the info on xell_launch it says it will try to load xell from flash first and then the folder its in if xell is not found.
