How do I find DHCP settings for Xecuter 2 chip

I have tried connecting my Xbox with an Xecuter 2 chip and I cannot get my computer to recognise it when I ping it. I have connected another Xbox with an Xecuter 3 chip and have been able to transfer files with SmartFTP with no worries.
I am trying to find the DHCP settings of the Xecuter 2. I haven't had luck using the static IP of 192.168.0.230
My connections are as follows - Xbox to router (straight cable). Router to PC (straight cable).
All help really appreciated.
