How do I flash an Evox M8 v16

I am trying to figure out how to flash my 1.6 which currently has evox m8 v16 installed.
I have read tons of posts about using flasbios, which version to use etc etc. None of them answer the simplest question (or i'm really blind) how do I install the flashbios application itself onto the xbox? Is it only a part of the bios or can it be installed as a seperate app? If so, how do I do this?

If you have a current bios on your chip you don't need flashbios. You can FTP into your box and flash from Hdd. Or you can boot into flashbios (backup) by holding eject and power on bootup.
