RGH how do i get into Dashlaunch settings

Just wondering how i can get into Dashlaunch 3.12 settings so i can make sure i've got Live blocked and to check others are set correctly.
when i RGH'd my Falcon xbox with the latest J-Runner,i made sure to include Dashlaunch 3.12 and Launch.ini but do i need to manually re-install Dashlaunch 3.12 so i can access all of it's settings ?

i always install dashlaunch after using jrunner and save my launch.ini to the root of hdd1

I'm also wondering why when i boot my console from cold ( after it's been off a while ) it'll boot straight up but when i turn my console off again,then back on,sometimes it takes about a minute to boot up to dash.
My console is fitted with a Coolrunner Rev C on RGH1 and setup is straight out the box and using the blue wire for CPU RST

Sounds like you need to do some tweaking. We can help you with that but you'd have to open it up, takes good clear pics and fill out the RGH Template.
