how do i go about swapping my 360 hard drive for a larger hard drive?

how do i go about transfering all the data from my elites 120gb hd to my new 500gb 2.5" hd.
is it an easy job?
as im new to this rgh/jtag stuff

Hey guys - probably a dumbass question to ask, so I'm sorry lol

my bro has borrowed a phat console from me for a while now, as I have been workingon his slim - varioius mods etc - just completed the RGH on it and gave it back to him......
both consoles have his profile on the HDDs.

My questoin is this - can he transfer his save games from the phat HDD to the slim HDD??
maybe by connecting the two drives to the x360USBPro and using some kind of xbox explorer prog to do the transfer - thus keeping the saves from both HDDs on his slim HDD??? - or am I talking horseraddish?

Yep - connect using a USB transfer cable and Party Buffalo USB explorer. Just copy everything from \Content\<UID>. The UID is the long 16 digit number for your profile. It has everything in there including game saves. When you open the \Content folder in party buffalo, the folders should show the profile pic so you know what is what.
