how do I install a launch.ini

I know the dashlaunch doesn't work on some consoles with the new update. I have one that works and one that doesn't work. Can someone tell me how to install launch.ini . Iv tried it ALREADY and it doesn't read it. I know the launch.ini is set up right cause I copied from my other rhg that works. If a can a step by step tut. Thank you.

you need to understand how things work. you cant "run" launch.ini without DL, the only reason you have a launch.ini is so that DL can read it at startup and "know" what you want to start, what plugins you want to enable etc.
no dashlaunch = no use for launch.ini
