how do i programme my cool runner rev c

hi so i have read my nand and im not sure what to do now

before i install the cool runner i want to flash it with j-runner and get xell on to the chip can some one guide me though please my first time.

connect coolrunner to jrp or nandx select program coolrunner and as you have the nand read it should be the suitable file for you then click program CR :rolleyes2:

It is all in the J-Runner_Userguide.pdf inside the J-Runner install folder.......BTW Xell does not go on the 'CHIP' LOL

read the info on rgh mate you have to solder so the board first tho mate as stated

oh ok thanks my bad so once i have programmed the chip then what do i do ?

#edit do i create ecc wile the cr is plugged in? this is the part were i am stuck or do i unplug the cr then plug my nand wire back in then creat ecc and write ecc to the console to get xell for my cpu key ?

yes xell/ecc gets flashed to the nand. XSVF to coolrunner, if you are doing a phat rgh2, I would suggest trying all of the xsvf, and using the 1 that boots the fastest. all of this information is in the j-runner pdf, and very well documented here, and on youtube and google. Just google "Console type" RGH/RGH2 install howto. There are about 500 guides to do this.

yes i just booted the console to make sure and it is on 16203

so next i just flash my cool runner as rgh2/falcon with out it installed then wire it up to my console if it boots then every thing is ready ?

then now i create ECC then Write ECC with the nand wires hooked up correct ? then my console should boot to xell so i can then get my cpu key to create my nand image.

omg im such a dope i have been sitting here for about 30minutes wondering why its not working, maybe if i tried the little switch on the opposite side of the board on the jr lol so im guessing this is some kid of power switch that goes to the cool runner correct ?
