how do i programme my cool runner rev c

If you are trying to boot xell or freeboot image the coolrunner should be set to nor. if stock, then switch to nor.

no all i have done is programmed my cool runner then i was told to see if my console boots witch it should then write ECC to the nand but i dont want to continue because im unsure what is wrong if i unsolder the cool runner the console boots fine but with the cool runner installed im getting not boot then it goes to 0022 ??

You do not have to desolder the coolrunner, just switch it to prg. Tell us what happens then, if the console boots normally then you have not wrote anything to the consoles nand. Hence why you would get 0022 when you have the coolrunner enabled.

yes the cool runner is on prg there is not light and still the console want boot, do i have to remove the restores for it to boot ?
