How do I properly make GOD containers for games that are 2 or more disks?

As the title states, I own a copy of Rage and MGS HD and would like to add them to the JTAG. I just don't know how I would go about placing them in it in a way that will allow for smooth transition when I get to a part in the game that requests I insert the next disk.

As of now, I just arranged them in the same container; for example, I I have a folder named GamesOnDemand in my PC, and under it I got folders for every game; within those folders I have the respective GOD containers, in this case Rage and MGS HD have 3 and 2 containers.

As always, thanks in advance for any help you can provided.

I use Iso2God and games that have 2/3 discs generally get combined under the same ID - both contained within the one (normal) GoD folder

I use that tool as well. In my case, MGS HD disk1 came out as 4B4E0840 and disk2 came out as 4B4E083C; while Rage's 3 disks came out with the same ID, 425307EC.

Now this happened because I selected them to get ripped to a different container at the start; I didn't want ISO2GOD to overwrite existing data files when it ripped the disks. Which way did you ripped them?

Ripped using Benq drive with 0800 - loaded the .iso's and hit convert (and combine same media ID) and transfer via USB.

When I did RAGE, I only did disc 1 & 2 and Iso2God combined them as when I transferred it it was ~15gb. Shows up in FSD as separate RAGE Disc 1 and RAGE Disc 2 under Games

This is exactly how I do it as well. Right to the letter. I set my output folder to my external hdd. But I have issues with switching discs mid-game, just as a side note. I have read of others as well.
