How do I run Layeredfs through Sx os?? I can get it to work flawlessly by booting through hekate but it deletes all my nsps due to emunand. Can I use my modded games through sx os and layered fs?

I am not 100% sure as I have not installed any game mods, but I do not think there is anything special for you to do. Couldn't find anything searching the forms. What version of SX are you using? On TX main page the 2.2.1 update says:
That would lead me to believe it is there. Also it seems in a version prior to 2.0 there was an issue with layered fs. I would test on a newer version than then what you are using.
