yeah, i know. i used it for the first time before i knew it didn't work with the x3 properly, and have never liked iut since. i guess it's the look of it, just looks, i dunno "cheep" ? ah well everyone is entitled to their own opinion...
I have also used xex loader to instal Snes360 to HDD and no go . I cant even run it from where its copied to in the HDD .
Even when I use xex loader to copy DVD onto HDD it still doesnt show up . I have to actually use xexmenu to find the installed game on HDD to play it .
No they way I have installed FreeBOOT is using FreeBOOT tools 32 24.3 to make the image form my original dump then flashed back . It comes up with 9199 kernal also .
Now would I be better to install XBR ? I have gone Freeboot method as I wasnt having any success with all the other tuts to install XBR .
Are you tyin to run through nxe dash or a homebrew dash? And what version of snes 360 are you using? I would use v.21 it has a folder I believe fdd0700 then if I remember correctly you put that folder in the 00000000000\code9999\ folder and it should pop up in your game library in nxe. Personaly I like Fsd 2.0 and version.32 looks way cooler, smoother interface and way easier to install just make a folder called snes 360 place a rom folder inside of that with xex and what ever other files came with .32 and put in emu or emulators folder then place (emu or emulator folder) on hdd or usb and play away.
