How do i update my Slayers Dashbourds, Dvd2Xbox, XBMC, ect.?

Wasup guys, I was wondering if any of you would give me a procedure on how i should update my Dashbourds and all other programs that came with my Slayers V2.6. Any Help Would be greatly appriciated. Thx.

Step 1. Download new program. UnRar it if necessary
Step 2. FTP to xbox
Step 3. Send program from PC to Xbox. Overwrite old program if one is already there.
