how do I upgrade the BIOS?

I'm a hack at this stuff, so I apologize for not knowing how to do this.

I had no problem installing the chip and unfortunately I did not do enough research when I installed my BIOS. I installed 4983 and everything worked fine, but I did not get LBA48 support.

I'm just looking to upgrade the BIOS to 5035 and I don't know where to start.

Please help me.

nevermind. I found a copy of flashx that worked like a charm!
