How do I write my original NAND back(PHAT - Falcon)?

Shouldn't be. I have no idea mate. All my falcons have played first time, albeit a few trial and errors with freezing, but always boot.

I unsoldered everything. Still, I'll not be able to play since the DVD on the console was not the original one so the key does not match. My dash is 2.0.7371. Should I try to JTAG it instead?

It's worth a shot, you've got 2 options, update to 14699 and attempt the RGH again. I've read people having problems going from a lower dash to the newest like you were. Or just try JTAG. It's well documented also that falcons are the easiest to glitch.

WTF? All this hassle to try and RGH and you're sitting on a JTAG?????

Just go JTAG it already!

That's your answer right there mate. Did it not cross your mind at the start that the JTAG route *may* have been easier?

OK, I`ll try to jtag it tomorrow. One more question, does jtagging gives me option to read the DVD key?

Tried to RGG after the video tut made by coolshrimps, RROD 0020.
Steps:
1. Dumped NAND
2. Wrote xell.bin from nand03 folder.

do I need xell.bin from Falcon revision? I couldn't find it anywhere, not even in xbins

You're kidding? JTAG Tool makes it almost idiot proof to JTAG.

Start again. Flash the first 50 blocks back to your console with your original NAND.

nandpro usb: -w16 nand.bin 0 50.

Make sure it still boots to 7371 dash.

No chance, JTAG won't work either. I tried to update the dash to 14699 and try RGH again, my Falcon doesn't want this, I tried from USB stick and I tried online, HE WON'T update

Are you still booting to 7371? If so, STOP.
