How do you create your own Xbox One gamerpic?

There was a way to do it on 360 and upload it (only your friends could see it) but it was still possible. Any way of doing this on Xbox One?

P.S. - There should be a section on xbox.com where users can upload a picture and then it could get approved my microsoft and then you would be able to use it on Xbox One and everyone would be able to see it. That would be pretty cool.

I'm quite sure if someone would know how to do this, it wouldn't be so bad to tell the OP.
i have placed questions here about capacitors values and replacing them etc...got all any many answers and in the end Joesinger gave me the ultimate answer which led to a succesful replacement. Didn't have nothing to do with TX, though I still got help.

Yes and the rules state to search the forums/web before asking. What you asked was specific component values which jsinger47 was kind enough to provide. The OP is asking a question which could easily be answered by reading the support on xbox.com.
