How do you lock the drive again using new LTU PCB in a DG16d4s as there is now switch on the board :facepalm:

I don't think it needs locking.. I think it's locked auto.. Because you'll need the 0800 Disk to unlock and send it to vendor again

this might be silly question but is the 0800 disc just a game i have burned in my liteon ihas or is it a genuine box 360 disc noobish q i know soz..

It's a disc that can be burned by any dual-layer burner, there's a download link and instructions included with JF.
