Thanks it working now. How can I access my previous game back-ups(not game saves but actually game back ups) on my x-box HDD from my previous spiderchip mod?
I flashed this cip with X3 3294 and it has an option to reboot to dash. When I do that it pulls up Slayer's Evox but it doesn't have any of the apps I had previously nor my game back-ups except one game. Use to have an option to boot to Avalaunch which isn't there anymore. Also it doesn't have the DVD movie player like it use to. Is the dash saved to the HDD or chip? Do I need to put in the disc with the auto-installer and install slayer? Trying to get it back to where it was. Thanks
Start up X3 Config Live and FTP to your Xbox. Locate your games and note the folder they're in.
From this point, it doesn't matter what dash you use. XBMC makes a good dashboard, as well as Unleash-X. Just edit the configuration so it points to your games folder.
If you cannot find your games, you may need to play with the LBA48 settings in X3 Config Live.

When I select x3 config live, which option do I choose
CUSTOMIZE X3 BIOS,
CUSTOMIZE XBOX LOGO COLORS,
CUSTOMIZE FLUBBER COLORS,
OTHER STARTUP TWEAKS
X3CL SKINS,
QUICKLAUNCH,
RESET X3 CONFIGURATION TO DEFAULTS,
REBOOT WITH X3 MOD DISABLED.
I can't connect to x3 config live. I put in the IP address but it doesn't establish a connection but when I boot to the dash which is a different IP address it connects. What does it mean when this message is listed next to two drive icons Env error! 3.09...?
I'm on this screen with the options listed below when I try to ftp
CUSTOMIZE X3 BIOS,
CUSTOMIZE XBOX LOGO COLORS,
CUSTOMIZE FLUBBER COLORS,
OTHER STARTUP TWEAKS
X3CL SKINS,
QUICKLAUNCH,
RESET X3 CONFIGURATION TO DEFAULTS,
REBOOT WITH X3 MOD DISABLED.
One thing I noticed is that it doesn't show the full size of my large hard drive. It shows C:.34 GB, E: 2.88 and F: 32.95. The hard drive I have in there is 250 GB. Is that a possible reason why I can't get to my game back-ups?
