How effective would this mod be?

I just ordered a good 80mm fan, fan grill, and new thermal paste for the gpu. Would the fan location in this mod add enough air flow or is there a better location for it.

Looks good to me. It will pull cool air from front and warm air pushed out back.

Have done similar myself in the past, and it works wonders, but uprating the Thermal paste as well will make the best use of it.
