I am new to this site, but I am not new to the modding scene. However, I bricked my falcon RGH1 the other day and have a banned falcon laying around on 16203. So I decided to RGH it. Once it is RGH'd I am going to use it to get my bricked Falcons flashdmp.bin off of the Hard Drive so I can fix it (If the RGH is successful). I have heard Falcon RGH2's have bad boot times. I have also heard that they are hard to glitch. Can someone fill me in on what I'm going to absolutely need to know in order to get this console RGH'd? By the way, I already ordered the JR Programmer and Coolrunner Rev C and they are on the way. Thanks.

how did you brick the falcon?
you don't need an RGH to read a 360 hard drive.. there are other easier and cheaper ways to do it
maybe you should not attempt to mod the other falcon as you may brick that one too... perhaps let a pro do whatever it is you need done
if you decide to do it yourself, you should read THIS first
RGH or RGH2 is not hard as long as you know how to solder and you read and follow the instructions.. just need patience
finally, you would of been better off with a R-JTAG instead of the CR rev.C

The falcon was already RGH'd. I bought it off of a guy. I bricked it with bad KV Flash then I accidentally flashed the wrong file back to it.
1) what is flashdmp.bin?
2) why it is so impotant for you?
you can rgh falcon with rev C
never had chance to rgh one but i think its no harder then play on six strings lol...)))
and i dont think you can get anything important from HDD after RGH

If it was still on RGH1 and all you did was write a bad nandflash to it, just find a donor nand and create an ecc. When you get the cpukey, just rebuild a working glitch image. Read Martin's sticky first, http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=92607
