How long does a glitch take?

When someone says that their console booted in, say, two glitches, or three glitches, what does that actually mean in terms of number of seconds? Does it make a difference if we're talking about RGH1, RGH2 or R-JTAG?

It 'was' 5s for a slim, 6.8s for a phat (iirc) per pulse, cr4xl changed that a bit i think....
