Hey how long do you think it will be until they find a way to mod the new XboX360. I thnk it would be within the first 6 months and i am gerttting the XboX360 about 6 months after it comes out because it will be cheaper and another thing cuz my xbox live will run out at that time

i don't think it'll take 2 long to hack but i think it'll take awhile before a reliable high quality chip is readily available to the public. As for price going down, i can't see a price tag changing until at least a year after the 360 release, unless the thing sells horribly but i really don't see that happening.

Naw, I agree with da_supa_fish, it'll be awhile till anything good comes out to mod it. So don't jump on the first thing.

It won’t drop when ps3 comes out but it'll look cheap next to it lol
As for chip i can see it being 6-12 months for first chip TX will announce after 3 months there close

i think their wont be a chip at first, it will be a softmod comeing from microsoft useing crappy Windows Media Center code for their video streaming stuff. Mabie an exploit useing that, who knows
i hope one of the first hacks is to trick the xbox 360 in to playing xvids/divx which are streamed from media center, maybe a background process on the computer which can trick media center into thinking it is streaming a wmv when it is really sending an avi. i hope this can be done with software on the pc and have no modifications to the xbox.
