How should i update to 6.2?

im bout to update my switch but not sure which update path i should take so i can use 6.2 and sxos 2.5 with emuNAND?. currently on OFW 6.1.0 with sxos 2.3 and not banned yet!. should i a) update via choiDujourNX to 6.2 then build my emuNAND from that for sysNAND and emu at 6.2 without burning fuses. b) stick with 6.1 to build emuNAND then update that to 6.2 via choiDujourNX and have sysNAND 6.1 or c) just update to 6.2 and then start from beginning making new backup etc??

I had SX OS 2.0 and just want to update to 6.2. I've replaced boot.dat on SD Card. Can I update to 6.2 without problems ?

update sxos thru the update option first to 2.5beta ,go back into sx boot menu and turn autoRCM off, boot back into emuNand then update via choiDujourNX to 6.2

As long as you are running the latest version of SX OS, you wont have a problem running the new firmware. Firmware 6.2.0 was supported in SX OS 2.4 and Up.

In my case I updated by mistake to 6,2 and had a SD card issue during the update to sxos 2.4 and 2.5. Eventually I had to change my SD card.

I tried that, this is what happened. I was running OFW 5.0.1 and wanted to create a CFW EMUNand 6.2.0 while staying on OFW 5.0.1 - I followed the guide for updating banned consoles by using ChoidujourNX v1.0.1 - When the update completed both the EMU Nand and the switch OFW have updated to 6.2.0 leaving me a little confused.
Here is what I done:

1) Created Nand Back Up 5.0.1 (copied to PC but left on SD Card too)
2) Created Emu Nand 5.0.1 and booted CFW to Emu Nand (had gold box in SX OS saying Emu Nand Enabled)
3) Followed guide to the letter using ChoiDujourNX to install 6.2.0 choosing 6.2.0 exFat version
4) Guide stated it would reboot RCM mode, however mine booted to OFW and was 6.2.0 in settings
