How the hell do I install FLASHBIOS 3.0.3 on my machine?

Sorry for sounding lame but I am just trying to get the FlashBIos program to run and can't find how to do it. I've been to the flashbios tutorial but that just tells me how to get the bios on a CD.

I've got my xbox rigged up to my PC and just want to be able to run or how to install the actal flashbios program!!

Sorry again for being lame - can someone help out or point me in the right direction?

if you've already got a hacked bios on your chip, get a program called FlashX and load it as an app onto your box with a folder called bios and a 512k file of flashbios in it
place the bios file in the root any drive (c,e,f,g), launch the app and follow on the screen prompts to flash

find flashbios on chip if fresh install if not recheck install
