How to backup 2013 games

I have backed up my 2013 games to iso files. I also checked it using abgx360 and all green. How can I burn them? I have a laptop standard burner so I will overburn. What program I need to burn the backups? And settings?

XGD3 backups must be burn with Liteon iHAS-x24 revision B flashed with BurnerMax FW. ImgBurn is the program.
