LITEON DG-16D2S How to Backup DVD Drive Key?

I have searched EVERYWHERE and I can't find a straight forward tutorial to do this. I currently have a LITEON DG- 16D2S flashed with Lt 3.0 + and I want to use it to backup my games and then play the backups. I heard if i want to flash it to 0800 fw, i have to backup the DVD drive. How would I go about doing this? And if any of you have the time could you link me to a nice tutorial on how to flash to 0800 or just tell me how, I already have the 0800 fw on my pc.

You will need a Probe 3 or an existing dummy.bin backup.

Follow this guide to obtain the drive key/dummy.bin using a Probe 3.

Alright thanks. How would I flash back to lt 3.0 + from 0800?

EDIT: Also, is the dummy.bin the same everytime? Because i have the dummy.bin from when I flashed it to lt 3.0+, so would I have to get a new dummy.bin everytime or can I just use that old one?

you dont need to flash the drive with 0800 fw to rip if your using a usbprov2.

Would i have to do anything different in Xbox Backup Creater? I believe i read something about lt 3.0 + in the XBC read me, would that be the instructions I would have to follow?
