how to backup samsung dvd firmware? PFI and DMI.. important?

I hacked my samsung xbox 360 drive and now i want to back it up with original firmware, but this time it can not be detected when run through mtkflash w /m orig.bin on dos mode. i tried using xtreme boot maker that i used to flash, i made boot disk using xtreme5.2a, b, c, d. but still cant detect dvd. than i tried placing pci sata card to other pci slots. but nothing is working.

also while patching xbox 360 iso, DMI and PFi files are important or we can burn w/o them?

PFI and DMI files are not needed but it makes the backup "stealth" therfore it will help ms detect that you have a burned game
