how to blue screen help

k so nothing here says how to get the blue screen that is very clear as day

my understanding is unplug power( from what? power supply or usb for nandx?)

plug in av and ethernet cable and you get blue screen

does the ethernet cable have to be plugged into an internet source?

and does the blue screen show up on your monitor or tv

if any body could clarify these things for me thanks

if your trying to boot xel you start the console with the eject button, it shows on the tv but only from av cable not hdmi. make sure to unplug the power supply from the console for at least 30 seconds after flashing the nand. you will not need ethernet plugged in.
