How to change BIOS

Hi! I have a Xbox 1.5 + Aladdin XT 1.6 + EvoxM8 BIOS + Unleashed X

and I want to change my EvoxM8 BIOS to a X2 4983.06 ... so I downloaded it and the BIOS file that came with was X2_4983.06_256k.bin ... now I don't know how to change the bios ... I can't use ftp so it have to be with cdrw.

What I have to do??!

I really do not see what is the point here... Because when you got a game disc (backup or HD boot) trouble you do not go to the "game developer" to ask for some help.. 'cause you know it is going to kick you butt, instead you ask in the forums to search for help... so the fact that he got a cheaper chip do not "private" him for ask for help where he thinks that he is going to get some answer, besides he is not asking in one of the X3 or X2 channel...

if he had a little respect for team xecuter, he didnt mention he had a non xecuter chip. then his question concerning the x2 bios would be answered.

Sure, it doesn't make sense to me why he's posting in Xecuters forums if he doesn't even have the modchip - Maybe he just knows how helpfull people over here are, and he's tried other places, to see no one knows his answer?

Maybe he just came because he is using a Xecuter Bios....which, technically would bring him over here if he needs help... since it's still xecuters bios

IMO - Some other chips probably work good. Maybe they have some features X3 doesn't have - I went with X3, because of a comparisson... X3 seemed to have everything + More then the other chips... so I stuck with it.

One thing... that the other chips are lacking, is support. Their forums... do not seem to be as friendly, or as technical as the forums over here. I'm not amazed that other chip people come here - I'm sure they should go elsewhere... but can you blame them?

I learned everything from Xbox modding from here - Not xbox scene or somewhere else. This place has lots of knowledgable users... who are here to help people. Don't be an ass and help only your "Brothern" who have an X3 It' not like he came here bashing X3. Poor guy doesn't know english very good either... Maybe someone conned him into getting an Alladin
