RGH How to create glitchboot from donor nand

Friend of mine lost his original nand, but he has cpukey.
I have my slim nand dump & CPU key. How can I make for him Glitchboot using my nand dump.

Any update on this? I have the same problem. Donor is an exact match the the dead console. have cpu key and ldv value.
