How to determine which type of EmuNAND I used?

I installed SX OS on a Switch along time ago. I was going to update the EmuNAND, but first wanted to back it up. How do I know if I picked "microSD as Files" or "System NAND"? If I picked "microSD as Files", I think I can just copy those files elsewhere and be done with the backup, right?

If you use files on Sd you can finde your emunand folder inside sxos folder on your SD
