How to double check the SX core soldering correct?

Hi all, how can I check the soldering is correct and not cold solder? any pad of component can use multimeter to verify?

Beside, may I know what is the capacitor value of solder point 1 and 2? since when I open my switch console, SP1 capacitor is missing, so I want to buy a new one to resolder on it.

My situation is, the switch only show BOOT.dat but the card is good and already MBR, no hidden partition...etc, so I doubt that is soldering problem.
