Ok so i have a glitched Slim seems to be running pretty Hot and i know there was a way to edit the fan speed on a jtag via an xex can some one link me to that please :rolleyes2:?

I'm not sure about an xex file but fsd2 allows you to ramp it up.

I think he's talking about fan speed patcher, and not the actual FSD fan speed regulator,don't know if it's the same thing,also not sure if it would work though..

Update to the new version of fsd, and change the fan speed then put it back to auto - it actually works now

but slims are much quieter.
My advice to the OP is DONT mess with fan speeds using software.
If you want the fan at maximum all the time cut the blue wire for the slim. (not sure about the phat though as I never owned a phat).
nope it doesn't affect them at all.
slims i'm seeing are at 60 ish on the gpu and cpu just on the dash. would expect that to jumpo at least 10 while gaming. fan speedflasher may work, i'm not sure that is the exact name of it but its something along those lines. its on xbins.
edit. apparently only fsd2.0 and earlier doesn't adjust the fans on slims. lol didn't notice the post above this one
