you should be able to push your finger on the contact pins of the female connector where you plug the face plates ribbon cable in at and get it to eject and power on and off. that's how I do it, or you can just plug the faceplate in, lol.
with the power board plugged in the bottom left two pins when jumped will power on - skip a space to the right and then the next two will be your eject.
