How to extract pokemon sword save file?

Hello guys.
I don't know if this is the right place to post my question, I hope so.

I bought sword/shield physical game cartridge and I also have a SX PRO hacked switch.

I would like to know if it's possible to extract the save file from my physical game with SX PRO so I can use PKHex and then import it again?

If so, could someone explain in detail how to do it?

I tried SX Installer. It did not work. When I insert the cartridge, I get an error message from SX OX telling me I need to restart the switch. error code 2002-2634
Every time I have to take out the cartridge and press the close button and SX OS restart itself. But still, I can't run the cartridge.

It may be that SX Installer needs to be upgraded. Try with Checkpoint...

I am reading post about that error. If I am right, I need to update my Emunand to the same firmware my switch is, 9.0.1
Am I right if I do that?
My OFW is 9.0.1.
I have SX OS V2.9.2 and CFW 8.1.0

Ok I updated with Choidujour to CFW 9.0.1 and it fixed the error code. Now I can run a cartridge under CFW Emunand.
But, I think I wont be able to get that save file.

When I change microSD to put the one with SX OS and launch Emunand, I am able to launch the cartridge but it's a new savegame file, from the beginning of the game.
Is there a way to extract the savegame from another microSD card?
Both of my microSD card were used on the same Switch.

I have never done that, I recommend to wait for a more "seasoned" member to answer this.
