ANSWERED how to fix these lifted pads?

My advise would be to first clean it all up properly first,then your going to have to solder to the small trace lines that run to the lifted knackered pads.
Just scrap off gently ( i use a sharpish ecto knife myself ) and just gently scrape across the trace lines till you see the copper line.Use plenty of flux when your soldering to those copper trace lines.

sh*t....yeah follow the advice evertonman67 gave you. Just follow the trace lines and figure out where everything goes. There is no concrete solution for problems like this, just remember: metal and solder are conductive. Figure out how things should have been and make it happen.
