How to flash a samsungs ms25's firmware using a laptop

Have been looking through the tutorial videos and text tutorials
they are great but there is none of them that tells you how to use a laptop. After searching i found a thread that says a PCMCIA cardbus adaptor sata may work would it ? This is my question i am trying to track down a computer of my friends but not having much luck so is there anyway my laptop can be of use or am i wasting my time :cry:

Something like this may work. You would need to find one with a chipset that is supported by MTKflash. I personally have not tried using one but it may be worth a try.

Thanks for the tip caster i read the tutorial again and found that newlinks pci card works so i searched for a pcmcia version and found it

as you said its about the chip set so who knows if this would work but i am searching the internet
