if you did search, you would probably found my post here: http://www.teamxecuter.com/forums/showpost.php?p=105942&postcount=12. Just make sure to use proper bios for your xbox version.

Except in your case, you can just set your switches to on on off off off. That thread was specifically for a guy who needed to flash his v1.6b xbox. It's the same as if you were connected to a router. Just set dhcp to disabled.
